Fred has a unique background. Because of it, our firm is able to specialize in first-party insurance cases and most facets of construction litigation. A General Contractor licensed in 2 states for almost 18 years; Fred owned and operated a multi-million dollar construction company.

Fred also owned an insurance adjusting company assisting insureds in maximizing recovery of their claim benefits. As a result, Fred's background has proven to be an invaluable asset in successfully negotiating with and litigating against almost every major insurance company to ensure his clients receive the maximum benefits provided for by their respective insurance policies.

Fred background has been a driving force in multiple trials, arbitrations and mediations during the past ten plus years of practicing law.
